SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Lead Times
NUSTACK is produced in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
- Pre-orders: Shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates. Please refer to the specific product page for the most current batch shipping schedule.
- Standard Orders: Once in stock, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damages & Lost Packages
NUWORKS LAB LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For food safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at nuworkslab@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged product or packaging
Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or in the event of a shipping error on our part. If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Since our products are food-based, we do not offer exchanges.
